The Burrito and a Skateboarder

Sometimes things aren't the way you thought they were, get what I'm sayin'? No? Example: When I was little I thought convalescent was con-VAL-eh-scent instead of con-val-eh-scent. Later on I also went on to realize that not everyone stored clean dishes in the dishwasher and "air-con" was not universal for A/C.

There is such a thing as a San Francisco burrito. I said it! Don't get me wrong, I'm fully aware of the burrito's existence and have been since I could eat solids, but I always thought that the burritos in San Francisco were "normal" burritos not a regional variant.

Anyway, a piece from The Sartorilist expresses a similar sentiment when referencing this picture...
