Biker jackets will forever occupy a soft spot in my heart. During the first year of my parents' marriage, my mother gifted my father the most incredibly cool brown leather jacket. Three or fourish years later I came along, and come another few years this jacket was my pillow on long car rides, my blanket when going in and out of the car, and my oversized jacket that smelled exactly like my dad. To add to the jacket's appeal, it's lining was a tan toned map of someplace far away, and the hardware on the jacket seemed to be made of aged brass.

Ah, there will never ever be a jacket like that one, but this one is close to that cool factor without being too flashy. I'm a brown leather kind of girl--black is much too harsh.
